The Satechi is especially easy to synch with an iPhone 4. Turn on the bluetooth and the phone, transmitter and radio will hook up in less than a minute. Pandora streaming sound quality is good- but only as good as your internet connection allows! Sound quality from tracks on your iPhone will be excellent.
Some people have complained about needing to turn up the radio to full volume to hear callers clearly. This is solved by turning up the bluetooth sound controller on the iPhone (I know it is tedious but reading the manual sometimes really helps!)
